2008 Aspen Radio not working once car warms up.
 

I have a 2008 Apsen. The radio has the video screen, DVD and Satelite option. The radio will work once you start the car up in the morning. the radio will work the first time as long as the car is running...even for hours. After driving the car for a while and then would shut off to fill up with gas or what ever, when you would go to start the car back up the radio will not work. If the car sits for a few hours and cools down the radio will work again. The dealer looked at it and said i needed to install a software upgrade. This was done but the problem still happens.
ANY Suggestions would be helpful !!
Looking for a solution before i take it back to the dealer again....

The radios I believe are garbage. My '07 Nav radio with 6 disc cd had the screen go out. Everything works other than the screen. Just wonderful as I now have to replace it.
