Hello,
I have a 2008 Chrysler Aspen with the analog climate control. My son was playing and broke the slide **** that goes from cold to hot.

I was wondering if I could swap out the analog climate control and replace it with a digital climate control? (used online)

Is this possible with merely replacing the units or is there a lot more involved here? I would like the look of the upgraded feature.

Unfortunately, there's more involved than just swapping out the control unit. You'd have to switch out the blower motor resister block with a blower motor power module, and install a cabin temperature sensor. There might be more that I'm not aware of.

 

Thank you for the reply. I seen the used ones for sale and thought it would be nicer to have the digital unit.
I like my Aspen, it runs great with no problems.
