2009 Aspen 4.7L

My 2009 Aspen, 4.7L makes a ticking sound like it has bad lifters.

The dealer said it was a bearing in the lower end and wanted to change out the engine.
Instead I replaced all of the lifters and the timing chain, but the noise is still there. The noise stops at around 1500 rpm. I've put 3000 miles on the car since the noise began and the car runs well, I just took a trip and was going 80 mph for about 2 hours straight, so I doubt it is the bearings, perhaps the aftermarket lifters are bad?

Any advice would greatly be appreciated.

Had a vehicle with tick/tapping a few yrs back and it ended up being something to do with the fuel inj clanking/firing.
I was told it was normal and all was OK.

Thank you very much, but did the sound ever go away?
Does fuel injector cleaner help?
