5.7 exhaust diagram
 

I have the 08 with a hemi and the exhaust has a hole/tear in a flexible section between the crossover and the muffler. I do not see the piece on moparparts and a new dealer parts department associate assures me it an extension that appears to be from the 4.7, according the diagram he was showing me. Does any one else have this section of exhaust ? And if so does anyone know what it is called. I have owned the car since new and do not remember any exhaust work on this vehicle. But with 6 vehicles it is sometimes difficult to remember what happen to what.

Nevermind, I gave up and took it to a shop. The story today is the part is $450 from Chrysler, but he could weld a section of flex pipe in for $240. So now the car sounds better and is back on the road.
