AC recharge
 

where is the low side for recharging the AC on these vehicles. i have an 07 4.7 flex fuel.

I never realized how difficult it was to find something that Ive looked at countless times, when it isnt in front of me.....

BUT......

If you follow the "Thicker" of the two lines off of the compressor, It will be somewhere on the suction line, between compressor and firewall.....

Something tells me you will find it next to the AIRBOX.....But I could be wrong....

that is the high side i am looing for the green cap my recharge kit doesnt fit there. its to big

Low Pressure AC port
 

On the Aspen 4.7 Flex, the low pressure AC port is on top near the center of the engine compartment, directly below the rectangular air box...just pull that box up and out of the way. Very easy to get to.

The high pressure AC port (larger cap) is located along the passenger side of the engine compartment, on top at the front of the vehicle.
