Battery drain?

Have an 07 Aspen with the 5.7L engine. The battery will go dead after 3 days if the vehicle is not started. I load tested the battery and it is ok. I have pulled every fuse, relay etc. as well as disconnected the alternator wires. I have approximately .7amps of draw. One time something shut off and my draw dropped to .042 amps but I can not get that to happen again. Anyone have an idea what is not shutting off? Does Chrysler have some sort of shut down mechanism to turn off the ignition/battery power to all items that could be malfunctioning and staying on? I know Ford and Chevy do but I do not know what they call it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

Ignition switch, perhaps?

Tough question. I'd make sure the radio isn't faulty. There should be a switch that powers everything down after 20 minutes or so.
