Dirt on dashboard from fresh air intake

I’m getting a ton of dirt on my dashboard from the fresh air intake. I know these vehicles do not have a cabin air filter so I checked the “screen” under the hood on the passenger side and it’s no longer attached to the plastic cover. Does anyone know if I can replace the entire piece of plastic? It runs the entire width of the vehicle and the wiper arm mounts go through it.

Pull the blower fan and you're going to be amazed how much crap is caked in it...you'll say how did this even turn round and round..blow it out and all good

I f I'm not mistaken the screen is under the plastic "grid"..which means the screen is laying inside the intake box, just not attached.
1. Get a hot glue gun
2.. get some pencils or something thin and solid
3. apply hot glue to the end of the pencil and press it lightly to the screen in about 3 more spots down the length of the front... just the screen ,now you can pick up the screen with the pencils
4. someone to help. Apply glue where the original plastic and screen meet I(screen is discolored at this points) Start on one side while partner temp holds the other up.so the screen stays level
5. Repeat down the line and carefully remove the pencils. if the glue stays..soo-what..now its reattached
