How do I disconnect electrical connectors on rear fascia

Been trying to install a trailer hitch.

Cannot install using supplied instructions. Fascia will not give as the instructions states. That is, cannot remove the four bolts below and at rear of fascia, then use two blocks of wood to hold up fascia until can drill holes into the cross member.

Tried removing the four bolts in each side wheel well. Still could not raise fascia enough.

Only way is to remove rear fascia completely. Can then remove foam support for rear bumper and easily install hitch. However, four electrical connectors connected to rear fascia. They go to four round cutouts on the outside of fascia that has not been cutout. Assume the four cutout locations are for collision avoidance system.

Does anyone know how to disconnect the electrical connectors? There is a red tab near the wiring. There is also a blue dot on opposite end near the round cutout. Tried a small flat blade screwdriver. Could not get hold of anything.:(

Any help appreciated.
