Oil change notification light
 

I took the Aspen to Carmax to receive my first oil change for free and they do not know how to turn the notification light off. They want me to go to the dealership to get it done. I do not have the time to go by the dealer and wait for someone to turn if off. Does anyone know how to turn the light off? thanks

acoriding to the manual turn the key to the on position pump the gas pedel three times within 10 seconds turn the key to the off position restart the engine if you dont get it set the first time try it again.i have reset mine 3 or 4 times. hope this helps, if you have a manual it will tell you how to reset it.

I just think its funny that no one there would even try reading your owners manual.

me too, they have a page on how to reset the oil change light.very easy to reset.
