Rogue Radio

Hello all! I have a 2009 Aspen Hemi/Hybrid, and just recently the radio started to randomly shut off (like I turned the power off, but didn't) and then turn back on. It's happening a lot more consistently now. Which is getting pretty lame. Any suggestions on how to fix this or troubleshoot it before taking to the dealer? Thank you in advance!

I would start by checking any of the fuses or swapping / exchanging out a rely. I would start here with this especially if you find that it cuts out when you are driving over bumps. Maybe one is loose or corroded. Hard to really say. It may be a sign of a dead battery, especially if you have any other electronics that are not working properly.

Just my 2 cents.

I know this is an old thread, but if anyone else is having issues with the stereo, your head unit is dead. I had the same issue and after tracking down a used hybrid head unit (they are different than the gas version), everything works again. Hopefully this helps someone!
