Steerng wheel shake!!!HELP

Have a 2007 aspen with 29000 miles. The problem is the steering shakes while driving over bumps no mater what speed. No noise any where just shakes. Could it be tie rods? HELP

Tierod ends are a possibility, as are Blown Shocks or a Broken Stabilizer Bar. HAve it looked at before it becomes a hazard.

And, may I add, please do it sooner rather than later...

Also the car pulls to the left or right depending on severity of bump. Is the stabilizer bar in front? Is this a common problem with the Aspen? How to tell if blown shocks or tie rods? Thanks
