2004 chrysler crossfire
 
Engine malfunction light lights up continuosly at times and then stays off. Car performing well, though. Any ideas as to possible problems?

I don't know much about mechanics, however I had a similar problem and it turned out to be my gas cap was not seating properly causing an air leak.

Just as a follow up to my post - the problem turned out to be a dirty CO2 sensor!
