Default ECM problems?

I have a 05' Crossfire and had key problems. I bought a used ECM,SKEEM and Key switch. I thought that since the ECM had the same part # that it was all I needed. Everything works except the motor won't turn over. I went to the RCM and checked it and it is good. I triggered the Fuel pump relay to work and ran a wire from the starter so I could turn the motor over and have fuel pressure. Still won't start. The closest Chrysler dealership doesn't have a program that will allow them to reprogram it. Got to tow it 60 miles to nearest on that has one and he is off work with health problems. Do

There are services on the internet that will program your ECM with the correct VIN and mileage. https://carcomputerexchange.com/ is one of those. It'll probably be cheaper than the tow.
