Should I return my 2005 Crossfire?

Please help. I just purchased a 2005 Crossfire 2d convertible from CarMax. I'm still within the 5 day return window and noticed 2 significant problems; 1. the car pulls significantly when there are grooves (or imperfections) in the road and on a straight away veers to the right 2. significant wind noise (a gap?) in the rear of the driver/passenger window.

The tires are...Front: Both Pirelli P Zero Nero 245/40/ZR18 93W M+S, Rear Driver: Bridgestone 255/35/ZR19 96Y MO, Rear Passenger: Potenza 255/35/ZR19 96Y MO

Could the tires be the problem?
Can the gap be fixed?

To answer your question, I have asked CarMax with no advise given by them and I'm looking for disinterested vaild opinions. That's why I posted to this forum.

BTW, is everybody on this forum as cryptic as you?

yep take it as it comes did u give them the chance to correct this issue at all?
If they did try and did not get it done then its still your call on if U want them to keep working on it or give it back and get something different

Yes, its my car. But, I'm still looking for a fix for the problems. Since you're a Pro,
Could the tires be the problem?
Can the gap be fixed?
What are the best tires for the Crossfire to minimize the pulling?

I cant nor any one else tell u whats wrong with a suspension system like that with out looking at it first. I am quite sure they can be fixed now whats the prob dont know and wont know until its looked at by a professional that can touch the car.

your 5 days are almost up once again have you at least taken it back to them to see if they can correct this issues U have?
