04 Pacifica Blower
 

Blower was on high at all settings even when HVAC unit was off. If the car was off it stopped but other than that is was on full blast. I replaced the power control module with one at advance auto. Now the blower changes speed but sometime it just cuts out altogether. If you turn the HVAC unit off and turn it back on sometimes it will restart again, other times it starts up and shuts down again. My belief is that the power control module is getting too hot and turning off because the blower is pulling too many amps. Thoughts?
