Default clicking noise after changing rear brakes and rotor

I changed my driver side brakes and rotor today. Afterward there is a clicking sound coming from that rear tire, it changes with the speed. is this normal can it be fixed?

Also, when the car is in park and i press the brake, now the gear box makes a clicking sound. it clicks only once when ever the brake is pressed, it didnt do it before i replaced the brakes. any help would be greatful
