04 Pacifica loud rumble in rear 50mph-72mph

Hoping someone has some insight to help me track this down.

I have a 2004 Chrysler Pacifica. 281,000 miles, very well cared for and running strong however for the last 90,000 miles I have noticed a growing rumble coming from the rear end at highway speeds. It begins faintly at around 45 mph and gets louder(sounds like a light rumble strip) until around 70-75 mph then seems to disappear or at least move to a less intense frequency.....

Is this common? Does anyone have any idea if it is possibly a worn bearing on the rear diff yoke, or possibly a wobbling driveshaft? I am am hesitant to take it to a shop until I can narrow down the possible causes.....

Thank you in advance!!!!!

I have the same noise. Research says either bearings or tires. My tires are fairly new so probably not that. Replaced front left bearings, no help. Dealer said maybe rear bearings but they didn't push having them replaced so I haven't done anything. Really annoying noise. Maybe try dealer again when it gets worse, although starting to get use to it. Let us know what you find if you do, same here.
Good luck.
