04 Pacifica PCM problems. Please help!!

I have an 04 Pac AWD with 130,000 mi. Last week check engine light came on and vehicle would have a rough idle and engine would shutter during idle, code p0032 came up as EGR valve. The day I started to replace it I checked codes again and now new code p0420 is showing as well for o2 sensor 1/1. I replaced EGR valve (factory) and o2 sensor (factory). The codes will not clear and the same symptoms are present so took it into the dealership for a diagnostic test to help determine the problem. Got a call yesterday saying PCM is fried?? and o2 sensor and EGR valve needs to be replaced with factory parts and that the aftermarket parts I put on damaged the PCM???. I informed them when I took it in what I have done so far but they assumed I installed aftermarket items. Still want to replace both items?? and a new PCM.
My question is 1) Should I take it to another dealership and another $120 for a test? 2) What are the odds of both factory parts being defective and the PCM being damaged from these parts? 3) Is there some other test/scans that can be performed to determine the root cause of all of this.

P0032-O2 SENSOR 1/1 HEATER CIRCUIT HIGH not and EGR
P0420-CATALYTIC 1/1 EFFICIENCY not an O2 sensor a new cat converter is needed.

My mistake, it was P0403 EGR and P0032 O2 heater circuit high. I typed in the wrong codes.

did u clear the codes then drive around and both came back on?

The codes would not clear and the rough idle did not change so I took it to the local Chrysler dealership and that is when they did a diagnostic on it and said the PCM, EGR and O2 sensor needed to be replaced and that the PCM was "fried". I have the car at home now and runs/drives great except for the rough idle when stopped or in park. Driving the car there is no notable lack of power or any other issues. I don't have a problem having them replace the PCM if that is truly the issue but they did say if the new PCM does not fix the issue that there are no returns on electrical components and they would have to look further into the cause. I just don't like the idea of having to purchase a high dollar item such as that for what seems to be a trial and error way of the dealership trying to find the problem with the car. Also they said they could not get the codes to clear??

So does that mean that you agree with the dealership diagnosis or for me to get another PCM myself and try that first?

I cant agree with ne thing any one else says unless I know for it to be a fact or looked at it myself I gave u a cheaper alternative to them doing it.
