05 Pacifica brake problem

About 6 months agomy wifestarted hearing a loud noise whenevershe braked. I removed the wheels to look at the brakes and both inboard side brake pads were completly worn to the base of the pad (the outboard pads looked brand new). Which had completly eaten up the inside of bothrotors. I replaced the rotors and pads, now it seems like they are wearing incorrect again. I didn't invest in ceramic pads or anything, but I wash the rims and after driving for acouple of days the are black with brake dust.Has anybody else had this problem?

Hi, I'm having the same problem and was wondering if some cleaning will prevent the caliper from keep doing this. What about a caliper kit ?? Just trying to fix it before I have to invest in a brand new caliper.....
