05 Pacifica stutters at constant low speed

Hello, I'm new to the forum and have a question. I have an 05 Pacifica that feels like it is stuttering when I drive at a consistent 15 mph and 30 mph. It feels like it may be trying to shift between gears but not sure. Any advice on what it could be?

Thanks in advance

I am having the same issue. Other issues on this forum which seem somewhat similar, are leaning toward an EGR value problem and the valve will need to be replaced. The issue with my pacifica 04, but same engine as the 05, is when accelerating any more than just slightly above idle. If i give it just a little gas, slowly, it will accelerate nice and SLOWLY up to around 25 mph and then i can resume "normal" driving. Also going up hill is much worse than level or downhill acceleration. It seems it occers when the engine needs a lot of power qucikly, (such as accelerating from a stop or driving up hill). Any help from anyone in the forum would be greatly appreciated. I would like to avoid buy an EGR valve it is not really neccesary. Also, throughout this whole ordeal, no engine codes have appeared. Thanks

I once had a shuddering problem at constant speed with my '95 Voyager. Turned out to be a bad tie rod end.

EGR Valve it is!! I spent this afternoon swapping the valve out. My gas mileage improved from 17 city to 20 city (on my test drive route). And best of all it was smooth as the day I bought the Pac 110k ago :)

The whole operation took me 3 hours, including about 1 hour total drive time to O'reilly's and back. The biggest pain in the whole thing was just getting to the bolts, they were buried in a mess of wire bundles and hoses of every size and shape... HA!

Would this still be a possible EGR valve problem if this is occurring before the engine warms up. I thought the EGR didn't kick in until the engine reaches operating temperature? I have to change the EGR anyway because of a low flow MIL that only occurs on long trips of 5-6 hours. Thanks in advance

I've got the exact same problem on our '05 with 77K on it. I replaced the spark plugs last night and it is better but not great...guess I'll through an EGR valve at it too.

Replace the EGR. It fixed my stumbing issue.

Yea I'd called the parts store and ordered an EGR valve the day we posted. Put it and a left CV axle in Friday night and my miss and clicking both seem to be gone.
