We just bought a demo '06 Pacifica Touring...
My wife loves it, but I'm disappointed it doesn't have the Navigation System or the DVD Screen.
(It has the 6 changer DVD in the console, but no DVD screen on the ceiling.)

Does anyone know if a dealer can install a factory-like Navigation System and a DVD unit?
(I have a portable Garmin Nav Unit, but it's not like having ne in the vehicle.)

I just bought a new 2006 Pacifica Touring FWD a few weeks back. It also came with all the bells and whisles except for the DVD screen and the navigation system. I had the dealer install the DVD screen so it would be covered under the original warrenty for the car as opposed to the one year you would get from an after market dealer. The screen was quite expensive to buy about $1050 dealer and $790 after market dealer as I recall. I got the dealer to pay for most of it in my deal we paid $300 for it. As for the navigation system I think a total dash replacement would be required. These suv's are built at the factory I work and I am fairly certain that the screen for the navigation is under the the spedometer.

yeah i think u can get an rb1 radio with the dvd nav system call them up the parts department they have a book that will say yes or no and how much the parts are only and service will tell how much to install
