'07 6 speed Trans surging or engine missing?

I've got an '07 Touring 4.0 with 6 speed trans.
While crusing in OD it surges, more like an engine missing feeling.
During accelleration it runs smooth and strong, shift to OD and feels like a miss.
Any thoughts? Chrysler did something to the program on the Trans to fix it but still doing it. Now they don't want to talk to me about it anymore!
Funny isn't it.

Sounds like torque converter lockup shudder. Are you still under powertrain warranty?

I'm supposed to have a lifetime powertrain warranty for as long as I own the vehicle.
I suggested torque converter problem 2 1/2 years ago when the problem first came up and the dealer supposedly checked it. Still doing it and getting worse!
TNtech... located where in TN. I'm in Dayton, TN
Thanks for the response. Any suggestions?

In in the Capital, Mike. The closest good dealer to you would probably be the one in Murfresboro. I don't know the Chatt dealers that well.
