With all the parts changing you've done, I would ASSUME that you started off checking fuses and for power at those components. Next item would be the ventilation control panel on the dash. BUT CHECK FOR power to operate interior fan FIRST.

The blend door does not control where the air comes out. It controls the temperature of the air. The mode door controls where the air comes out.

Make sure the dash vents are open. May seem obvious, but don't overlook the obvious.

Fuses "look good"? DO NOT ASSUME! TEST for power with a 12 volt test probe or with a volt meter to affected circuits and components. Changing parts will do NO GOOD if power or grounds are not there going thru the wiring to them.
