'07 Pacifica Heater problem, PLS HELP!

My '07 Pacifica has developed a strange heater problem. It will send heat to the driver's side vents, Dash or Defrost) but not to the passenger side. Has anyone had this issue? Any Chrysler service pros have any suggestions?
Thanks

May have a faulty or stuck blend door or blend door motor which is not opening the flaps that allow the air to be distributed appropriately.

Thanks ChryslerCares, it does have "Dual" controls, one for the driver's side and one for the passenger side. Could this have anything to do with it?
