Default 2004 crank swap 3.5 to 4.0

I’m looking at doing a crank swap from 3.5 to 4.0. I want to beef up the performance a little. Has anyone done this here? Looks like the crank will bolt up with a bearing change, do I have to change the rods also? Or should I take the pistons and rods?

thank you in advance!

Not sure about the crank swap fitting in the block.
This swap required either cutting the crank or block main bore for the shaft to fit.
Pistons and rods are different to accommodate the longer stroke also.
