2004 pacifica brake noise?

i have a noise coming from the drivers rear at take off... speeds up to 35 mph. and quites as brakes are applied.. started with factory brakes... so i replaced rotors and pads.. sound went away for about a week.. now its back... pads are autozone gold ceramics.. seen add for cmax pads (supposed to be the quitest pads around) from autozone and replace once again.. have had parking brake adjusted... still has noise... getting worse. anyone have any ideas:mad:

Usually if brake application quiets the noise, it's something loose on the caliper or the rotor. Or a bad surface on the rotor. I'd pull the wheel, inspect for odd wear or loose pieces and go from there.

It may be as simple as having to retorque the lugs.

Could be a bearing. What kind of noise is it. A bearing could be suspect even if the noise goes away or isn't as noticeable when the brakes are applied. When you changed the pads the third time did you see anything on the pads or rotors (uneven pad wear, grooves on the rotors, etc) that would still lead you to believe that it is the brakes for sure? It is possible that you have a malfunctioning caliper but you would see evidence of that on the pads or rotors. Let us know what you find out.
