fan costantly blows with no adjustments . lighted display is not lit up . cannot adjust temp fan speed etc .

Started my car Monday afternoon and the a/c was working fine. All of a sudden the fan got loud and when I tried to turn it down I noticed that the panel display for my heat and a/c was not lit up. I couldn't turn anything off or adjust anything. My husband tried talking to the dealer to get an idea on where to look for the problem and they will not offer any help just bring it on in and for 89.95 we will hook it up to the machine and let you know what is wrong with it. If anyone has any idea what is wrong or what we should check please let us know. Thanks

People can't diagnose an electrical problem or pretty much anything else over the phone. Sounds to me maybe Body Control Module related but who knows. Go spend the 90 bucks and get an answer.
