So I’m not sure if my Pacifica has a rev limiter but it should only work in park and neutral right? When I drive it will not rev past 3000rpm or go into overdrive and runs very rough, I just had plugs and coils replaced, I found out about the carbon buildup on the valves and used Seafoam to clean all the valves , then I took on highway but i couldn’t get it to get anywhere close to 5000rpm to spin/turn the valves. My codes are showing multiple misfires and it had same issues before I replaced anything so nothing I’ve done so far has fixed anything, I also drilled a small hole right before the cadi converter to make sure I wasn’t over pressuring engine. Need help and have a shop to fix whatever the issue might be thanks!!!
