I tried startingh my car and it just keep turning and after I tried it several times it finally started. The starter turns but someone told me that it may need a tune up. Any help?

 

a tune up has nothing to do with starting your car ignore that person. When it does start and runs turn it off then right back on will it start fine?

 

I am experiencing overheating due to my cooling fans not coming on. I change the relay switch on the front bumper but the fans still isn't engaging. I checked the tempature relay to see if the part was getting voltage and also I jump the cooling fans to see if they were getting juice to them and both were. Any suggestions???
