2007 Pacifica Limited, 4.0 Liter. Have had a knocking sound in right front fender area, especially when turning right going up or down hills. Put up on lift, see this piece kind of dangling, hitting things. Took it out, mechanic wasn't sure what it was, said it was a "weight" Can anyone tell me what it is??
