2007 pacifica electrical problem
 

I need help diagnosing electrical issue. 2007 4.0 AWD After the car gets to operating temp I get a P0016 code. Before it warms up the car runs great, shifts well, cruise works and ESP works. Once it warms up the code comes on and the trans will not shift on its own, cruise and ESP go out. Everything is back to normal after the car sits overnight until it warms up again and the codes back on everything goes out again. I have checked all the wire connections replaced Cam sensor no change. Hoping someone else has run into this or a Tech has some ideas thank you
