2007 Pacifica Help
 

I have a 2007 Pacifica. It has 322,000 miles. I just had some front end work done. Now it shakes when I drive it. I took it to Big O for an alignment. The told me there are 2 sets of alignments. Both where out of alignment. I had them fix the one they could do. (They told me that it probably would not stay unless I got the other fixed.) They other one they said could only be corrected by a Chrysler certified mechanic.

Is this correct. How much should I expect this to cost? I am in a challenge. I want to drive this vehicle at least 500,000 miles. I am 4’11” and a gal. This is the only vehicle I have ever driven that the steering wheel is not up to my stomach and that is because the gas pedal adjusts.

Can you advise me as to where I have the 2nd alignment fixed? Thanks for you help.
