2007 pacifica HIDS NOT WORKING

I just bought my wife a 2007 Pacifica limited and the HIDS are not working, ive traced it down to the 12volt wire is not getting 12 volts but i do not have a wiring diagram to see where that wire goes from the wiring harness.
