2007 Pacifica - no start

Update to add - currently waiting for proper tools to try to add a ground wire as that seemed to be a common issue. Not confident this will fix it though. My luck just doesn't work that way!
AC panel is flashing "delay." What does this mean? I can't find anything about this. Please help, I gotta get this girl rolling again and I'm trying to avoid a tow to the dealer.

4.0 Touring 195,000 miles. Around first of July, my car wouldn't start - and I was over an hour from home. I had someone try to jump me off, but nothing. While talking to a friend, I got it to crank by tapping on the alternator (funny story, I thought I was hitting the starter 😂). Got it home. Tried to crank it the next night to take it to the repair shop, same thing. Took longer, but hitting the starter worked. Had starter replaced, picked it up the next day, took 2 tries to crank but I drove it home. Next morning (4th of July), won't crank. Checked battery and voltage was measuring low. Finally got the battery switched out under warranty tonight and she STILL won't crank. We checked the fuses, but we're not sure.
When I turn the key, it just clicks. Engine doesn't even try to turn over. What could be wrong? I have a new car, but I want to keep driving the Pac too. (I'm determined to get her to 200k!)
Thanks in advance
