2018 Chrysler Pacifica stalling

I purchased a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica in November 2018 and have had to take it into the repair shop 6 times for a stalling issue. The vehicle stalls in traffic and at stop lights/signs, I am being told each time that there is no code that comes up to support this but I can assure you it has happened 6 times. The latest time I brought it in they said they has to recondition the PCM, that was two weeks ago and since there hasn’t been an issue but it usually takes about 3 weeks to duplicate the issue. I have had 2 cases open with FCA and have yet to resolve anything. The latest advisor has not been amenable to my wife and I and was extremely rude when I talked to her today. They initially offered me $2000 or a 2 year extended warranty on top of the 3 year that comes with the vehicle and now she says she can only offer $1500 or the 2 year extended warranty. I asked for both the cash payment and warranty extension and she flat out said that is not an option and would not submit that to the resolution center. I asked if I could have more time to evaluate the vehicle and she said she would have to place the case on hold, in other words it means close the case, and if the issue happens again we will have to open another case. At this point I am inclined to submit for the lemon law in the state of california.
