2018 Pacifica Headrest issue
 

When I try and stow and go my 2nd row captain seat, the headrest doesn’t bend down. The right side does fine but the left one does not bend when released. Anyone have this issue or know how to fix it? This is the first time we’ve tried to stow these seats.
