AC Not working
 

My 2023 Pacifica Hybrid has been into the dealership SIX times now since June. They've had it at the dealership about 25 days total at this point with no end in sight. It has been at the dealership for 14 days now. The AC stopped blowing cold air. They have never got it to work. We have waited and waited for Chrysler Engineers to respond to the dealership on how to proceed. I was told today that they were told to take the hybrid component apart and they have this week to do it and report by Friday, so a third week. Then to wait longer to have Chrysler to tell them how to fix it. I spent 48 minutes on hold with Chrysler today to just get my info taken, sent to a satisfaction survey then disconnected. I am so incredibly disappointed in Chrysler. I just want me brand new van that I purchased in March (0 miles, brand new) to work and be given back to me. Any help would be appreciated. I'm not sure where else to turn to since I end up with dead ends with the dealership and with calling Chrysler directly. Please help!
