Default Advice and ideas needed. 2005 pacifica

I need advice, please! I have a 2005 Pacifica AWD touring 3.5l v6
bought a couple of weeks ago and have been trying to fix an issue with acceleration, hesitation and stalling. I got an EGR code and replaced it, replaced 02 sensor bank 1, throttle position sensor. After having the battery unplugged, then plugging it back in, the car starts with no issues, no codes, no engine light. It drives fine and then after turning the car off and starting back up, engine light and code p0132 comes up, that is the sensor we already changed. And the car will start to drive very badly again, until I reset the battery. Can anyone give me advice on what my next move should be? I love this car, it is perfect for my family, but I feel unsafe driving it with this issue. I don' know much about cars, but I am trying to fix any issue, one at a time. Any advice is very much appreciated!

"replaced 02 sensor bank 1"

O2 sensors work in pairs, one upstream of the catalytic converter, one downstream. The computer compares the voltages coming from the two sensors to determine if the converter is working properly. As the sensors age, the readings change but the computer compensates for the aging and the computer reads their voltages with that compensation in mind. If you replace only one sensor, then you have one old sensor in there and one new one, and the computer, in trying to make sense of the voltages, may be getting confused. Try replacing the other one and see if that helps.
