Default Alternator, battery voltage >15 Volt

I'm curious, but is it normal to measure ~ 15 Volt at the battery. I understand the Pacifica has an external (to alternator) regulator. So is 15 Volt typical for the PAcifica.

Assuming not, how to troubleshoot?
