Burning alot of oil..

1 Attachment(s)
I find myself wondering why I keep having to add oil about every 1000 miles or so... I read before that Chrysler's burn a quart about every 3k miles or so... but mine seems to be worse... I took a picture of one of my spark plugs I pulled today... does it look bad. It seems to be burning hot. I have white smoke but not blue which is good and I have no leaks what so ever. I was gonna change my oil to 10w-40 instead of 10w-30. Anyone have any suggestions??

Not a problem..it was moved to the archives, I guess..just keep an eye on the oil ALOT more than most vehicles. I love mine to death, or I'd trade it in myself..

well the older models like my grandpa's 1990 power ram 250 are pretty study and reliable, not to mention its one heck of a beast, i believe its hauled one half of a double wide before
the only thing not stock is the 4"lift and the 33s
