A/C compressor not kicking on

Default A/C compressor not kicking on
2017 Pacifica - Local shop said the A/C issue was the BCM, is that a possibility? A/C blows hot air but compressor isn’t kicking on. Suggestions?

auto or manual ac hybrid or normal 3.6?

The hvac head is the controller for the compressor not BCM

Mine has been doing this since June and the dealership cannot figure out how to fix this. Any insight would be appreciated.
