Cluster stays lit after key out of ignition, no NAV, remote don't work.
 

I have a 2004 Pacifica, recently the navigation and key remote stopped working, also the cluster stays lit after I take the key out of ignition (backlight, check engine, ABS, traction and shifter indicator lights all are on), any help or clues would be apreciated.
