Electrical Problems? Transmission? Rad Fan?

This will be long. There are so many issues.
In October, while driving on the freeway, my alternator went out. We had the battery an alternator tested prior to leaving on the trip. Apparently, it would run fine for a while and then it would lose voltage.
I changed the alternator. Car ran great until a few week ago when the starter went. Changed starter. Drove home from he shop with no issues. I went to start it in the morning, and it drove fine until the car warmed up, then it went into "limp mode".
Engine light was on. Had the codes pulled. Got the 700 code, which, as I understand only meas there is a bad code coming from the trans, but may not indicate an actual mechanical issue with trans.
Knowing that Pacifica is notorious for wiring issues, I started there.
This is when I noticed that the cooling fan relay was literally dangling under the bumper. Fans would not come on when I started air conditioner.
Without it being fully attached, I placed it back against the body of the car, and the car ran beautifully for about 20 minutes. This is why I am thinking it is not an actual transmission issue. Engine light was off, car was out of limp mode.
Now the fans start as soon as I start the car.
I replaced the fan relay.
Fans still start with a cold engine as soon as I start I the car. The do turn off when the car is shut off.
I have been told that I need to replace my selanoid pack and my throttle sensor.
Again, I feel that is not a transmission issue, but a larger computer issue.
Ran codes at the auto parts store......it is coming back with the 700 code as well as a high output and low input from the alternator.
The part did have a life time warranty, so I can replace it no worries, and I know I could have gotten a bad one out of the box.....but, I also know that the fans that pull a lot of voltage, so....could this be causing the code.
I am not getting ANY codes for the fans at all.

I have replaced the relay, but not the wiring to it (yet) There was clear corrosion inside the relay. Problem did not go away.
I am at my wits end. I have seen similar posts regarding some of these issues, but many of them seem to have more severe issues of car not starting, loss of other electronic features and I have seen none where the relay was dangling through the bumper.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks!
