Help! Navigation question....

We just bought a 2005 limited edtion AWD....I'm in love :) BUT I can't get the navigation to turn on. I don't want to sound like a dummy but is there a on button?

The previous owners didn't use the navigation nor did they update it. So do I need to buy a new cd to get it to turn on. The DVD light is green with the old disk in so the must mean the it's working right? HELP!!

By the way I don't have the instruction book either.
Please help! I'm in need :)
