Default AC Blower motor

Ok, My ac for the past 3 months would not cut the blower of or varry the speed to the settingo n the climate control which would point to a bad blower resister module. I replaced that but right before i finally replaced it, the blower stopped all together so it appears that the motor is now. gone. I am going to verify voltage going to it tonight. My question is that I am having a problem finding the part # for the blower. I have a 2004 with the auto climate control if that makes a difference. Also any tips on replacementwould be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
