how to change spark plugs?

how to change spark plugs?
Hi,
I am wanting to change spark plugs for my 2007 Pacifica, 4 liter engine.
I've taken off the engine cover and under it is the intake manifold. How is that removed because I believe the Spark plugs are under the manifold.
