How to program homelink?

Does anyone know how to program the homelink on a 2005 pacifica touring? I bought it used and id really like to use it for opening the gate at my complex.

I'll try to send you a scanned copy of the manual. There's a note about gate openers that isn't on the website www.homelink.com
