Lug nut torque

I am about to buy a torque wrench. I have an '07 Pac Touring with 17" wheels. Can anyone tell me the correct pressure to apply?

I just got my snow tires put on today and the paperwork says "torque- 85-115" but I don't know what the factory recommends and I'm pretty sure those monkey wrenches at the tire shop only have 2 settings on their impact driver... on and off.

I need to know the factory torque too, I usually re-torque them myself.

100 Ft/Lbs.

Hopefully you aren't buying your torque wrench from Harbor Freight or other similar store. Here are some good options:

Sturtevant Richmont - Great wrench, good price. Zero calibration failures (120+ units)
Stahlwille - Great wrench, but stupid expensive.
Armstrong - Good wrench, good price.
Craftsman - same
Snap-on - same

I do not recommend:
China junk - Self explanatory for a precision tool.
Proto-Stanley - Too many calibration issues in my B-52 squadron.
