Newbie intro... misc 2007 issues

Just bought a used 2007 Pacifica Touring AWD about a month ago. It had 19k miles, and is a Chrysler CPO vehicle.

Thus far,I'm pretty please with the vehicle. It is carrying out it's duties as a family hauler well.

It does have some issues though. The rear passenger side window won't open (worked when I bought it). It has a "clunk" on the passenger side when accellerating from a stop, more so when turning left. And the transmission shudders at 25-30 mph, and 45-50 mph under light load (PCM has already been reprogrammed).

Consequently,I'm planning a visit to the dealer to get these issues addressed. I'll let everybody know how it turns out.

Welcome! Sounds like a reasonably nice vehicle there, similar to what I'm looking for in Pacifica (I'm not an owner yet). The good news is you've got a lot of warranty coverage left, so yes definitely let the dealer tackle those problems. Sounds like you're in at least for a new window regulator/motor and possibly a torque converter which is a known issue for 07+ transmission problems.

Right on with the tourqe converter thing. There is a TSB on it which you can read by clicking on TSB on this site. They will fix it free. :)
