Pacifica A/C leak at Condenser

I have been going thru A/C freon leakage hell on my 2005 Pacifica. There was some leakage around the hose connections on the A/C condenser. (leak identified by heavy seepage of PAG oil along the side of condenser and on connections, no bubbles from soapy water test observed)

Pulled the hoses and replaced the deformed OEM o-rings with aftermarket o-rings. Still had leak (evidenced by heavy oil leakage).
Pulled the hoses again, replaced aftermarket o-rings w/ VIN correct Mopar o-rings. Still have leak. (evidenced by heavy oil leakage)

Contemplating my next move. Do the condensers on these Pac's develop their own leaks (cracks, etc)? Maybe the o-ring sealing surface on the condenser is leaking? Any help or ideas would be most appreciated, it is starting to get hot in Houston..

At 13 yrs old and made from aluminium that they do not rust(but aluminum does corrode). They do tend to deform and warp from the constant temp changes and internal flow pressures and probably why the seals won't hold. Being from Texas, you do need that a/c as much as we near Buffalo NY need good working HEATER CORES! Our need of a/c is only a "nicety" for maybe a week or two!

Finally! I believe, which I have believed before, that I have the condenser freon leak fixed. Purchased a new Denso condenser from RokAuto for $78 delivered.
The old OEM condenser had PAG lube/dye all around the condenser header area, well above the uppermost line connection; all but certain it was the condenser header leaking the whole time. Had 306,000 miles on the condenser.
While looking at new condenser I noticed one of the electric fans was spinning as if its bearings were shot, picked up new fan assembly at Pick-A-Part lot for $75..
Weather forecasted for high 90's all week, think Pac is finally ready!

JUNE 17TH FOLLOWUP = All good! Twas a leaky condenser after-all. A/C cooling like a champ once again, definitely no more leaks.
